Please have this form completed when you submit your stallion contract. The mare information is used to ensure accurate reports to The Jockey Club. Click here for the Mare Information Form.

Information about Stallion Service Certificates and Foal Registration

Kingsgate coordinates the distribution of official Stallion Service Certificates that are required by The Jockey Club in order to register a Thoroughbred foal.
